Double Room, West London-Kew Bridge, Sept Onwards

Up for rental is my room, that I’ve lived in for over two years, a double room in a beautiful flat with two awesome housemates - ready to move into in September.

The room itself has two large windows that let in a lot of light, has a floor to ceiling cupboard and mirror, and is quite spacious (I’m able to fit two desks, a bed and 5 guitars in there comfortably with room to walk around).

The flat itself is a three bed apartment on the third floor, with a dedicated balcony and a shared kitchen and living area. It’s a modern new build, with an open plan setting, a modern kitchen, modern appliances including a washer dryer, and 1GBPs internet which is very cheap due to standing agreements with the building.

Bills are circa £130 per month depending on time of year, including Council Tax, utilities and the internet, and there are no costs from the building.

The balcony has a table and chairs, with two beanbags, and the living room has a sofa, as well as a TV and speaker unit.

The room comes with a selection of furnishings that you may want, or choose to replace, including a bed, cupboards, and a desk.

The bathroom is shared with one other housemate, but has a traditional shower/bath setup and room for 2 to share space for toiletries.

The entire flat is very well soundproofed, has an excellent heating rating and comes with access to the 12th floor common area, which is a WeWork style common area, with a full terrace where you can host BBQs.

There is also a dedicated yoga studio, and gym included in the rental of the room for no extra cost, as well as an onsite cafe, regular food trucks in the main square, and events hosted by the building.

There is an onsite concierge, dedicated parcel lockers which allow for easy storage of parcels, and good security in and around the building 24/7.

This is a great flat, with two very chill housemates who are always up for a laugh - the only reason I’m moving out is because I’m moving to Brazil with my girlfriend, otherwise I would stay here for years to come.
