Lovely space / nature location, in London. Its a bedroom with a standard double bed paired with an office/desk space - one door to the suite. The lounge, kitchen and bathrooms are shared with landlord. Another person (female) is in the boat in their own flat. It's a 15 Minute walk to Kew Bridge Station, buses are across the road.
Alternately, could suit a couple who are in a transition and want somewhere lovely and interesting to live. Rent would be £1300, in which case.

All bills (incl council tax) included. The boat and these rooms are a v enjoyable place for people who visit/stay.
