Two Joined Rooms On A Large Houseboat in Brentford West London, for a lodger. Suits a professional person, close to Brentford and Kew Bridge. Lovely space / Nature Location in London. Its a bedroom/ cabin with a standard double bed joined with an office/desk space. The Lounge, Kitchen and Bathrooms are shared with Landlord. Another person (female) is in the boat, in addition. Its a 15 Minute walk to Kew Bridge Station.

Friendly and flexible landlord, keen to work with lodger for a happily liveable shared environment. For me this means keeping on top of the cleaning, tidiness, being generally flexible with how the shared space is used by each person. Lodger having friends over is definitely welcomed and it will not work for there to be large gatherings of friends at the boat on a regular basis..
It is a boat (a Ship), on a mooring, which means it's heated / serviced in a way thats different from a standard house. There can be occasional maintenance issues for the landlord to deal with and these can sometimes ask for modest flexibility from the lodging person. The difference of being a boat/ship and not a house for the most part is v enjoyable for people who visit/stay.
