Two, Joined Rooms On A Large Houseboat in Brentford, West London, for a lodger(s). Suitable for a professional person/couple, close to Brentford and Kew Bridge. Lovely space / nature location, in London. Its a bedroom with a standard double bed paired with an office/desk space - one door to the suite. The lounge, kitchen and bathrooms are shared with landlord. Another person (female) is in the boat also. It's a 15 Minute walk to Kew Bridge Station, buses are across the road.
Couple: could suit a couple for 4-6 months, who are in a transition and want somewhere lovely and interesting to live. Rent would be £1300 in which case.

All bills included (unless theres a lot of heating used on a regular week-day basis - then theres a modest adjustment).
Friendly and flexible landlord, keen to work with lodger(s) for an enjoyable, shared environment. For me this means keeping on top of the cleaning, generally being flexible with how the shared space is used. Lodger(s) having friends over is definitely welcomed and it will not work for there to be large gatherings on a regular basis.
It is a boat (ship), on a mooring, which means it's heated / serviced in a way thats different from a standard house. There can be occasional maintenance issues for the landlord to deal with and these can sometimes ask for modest flexibility from the lodging person(s). The boat is a v enjoyable place for people who visit/stay.
