Looking for people to take over our tenancy around October (two years remaining on it, until 27th September 2027), as we unfortunately have to leave this lovely flat due to a change in circumstances.

It's two double rooms, they both have inbuilt storage space and one of them has an ensuite bathroom. There's another bathroom as well, a kitchen and living room and a patio. It comes part-furnished - the beds, sofa, glass table, dining table and chairs, two black stools, chest of drawers in the ensuite room all come with the flat. Would be happy to discuss selling some of our items if you're interested.

This flat is ideal for professional sharers, a friend and a couple or a young family.
The monthly rent for the flat is £2175, so as three people living here we were splitting it £725 each. If two sharers were to split it it would be £1087.50 each.

It's conveniently located 1 minute away from Kew Bridge station and a 15 minute walk to Gunnersbury Station (District and Mildmay lines). Very close to the river, lovely walks nearby and cosy pubs. 2 minute walk from Sainsbury's Local and a Co-op, and a 20 minute walk from brand new Lidl.

Bills aren't included, but you don't have to pay for water as it's taken care of by the building.
