Large Room in Brentford Flatshare

I need someone to take my room so I can move out!

Apologies for the mess. My partner has had to move out of their flat and so we have decided to move in together. The remaining flatmates are two women in their mid-twenties who both keep to themselves. The flat is split across two floors, so aside from occasionally bumping into each other in the kitchen, it feels like living alone in a one bedroom flat.

You would be taking over my contract which is set to end in August, but you will be able to renew if you choose. The room is fully furnished: bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk, and chair. Shared spaces include a living room, kitchen, and utility room. The flat gets a lot of light during the day, and is just a few minutes walk from the Thames path and the nearest park.

Rent is £800, which includes water, but unfortunately no other bills are included.

There is a bus-stop and a Lidl you can see from the front door, as well as a Morrison’s a five minute walk down the road. 237 and 267 buses both stop outside the flat so you can easily get to Shepherds bush, Hammersmith, or Gunnersbury station (overground and district line). It is a ten minute walk from the Brentford stop on Southwestern rail, or 15 to Kew bridge.
