Double room in lovely home - Female preferred

Double room available on the top (3rd) floor of a lovely big house with a garden. The bed, wardrobe, desk and chest of drawers will come with the room, and we have a shared living room, bathroom and kitchen.

I’m looking for someone to takeover my room as I’m leaving to move in with my partner. The 3 other girls that live here are professionals between the ages of 25-35, have a mixture of hobbies/interests and are genuinely lovely girls so I’m sad to be leaving!

The household works great as it is so we’re looking to keep the balance and find a girl within our age range to replace me.

The rent is £600 per month, and the bills are around £150 a month, plus every quarter we pay our water bill which varies in price each time. I can give more info on this is required :)

I’ve been living here with my lovely little cat and the girls love having him around so cats are definitely considered!
