Lovely En Suite in Brentford

Ground floor private studio room available in great house at good location in cul-de-sac street with parking space.
I am a current studio tenant moving out on 24th January'26 due to family reasons. I enjoyed my time here and getting to know other tenants, live in landlord and cute, happy and cuddly young doggie.

This location has a great connection (busses, tube, railway) to town, Chiswick, Ealing, Kew Bridge/Richmond, Hounslow, Heathrow. Major super markets are near by, too. Even a park for a walk or to exercise is 3min away.

Room is clean, bright and bed has a very comfortable mattress. Here is a little kitchenette as well to make cup of coffee/tea in the morning. Bathroom is tiled and new with a good storage space.

Sitting room, dining area and kitchen are sharing spaces as well as lovely garden.
This is a friendly , bright house where we occasionally cook meal together and have a good chit chat.
I also made new friends here.
All viewings need to be booked through landlord.
