• Total: Approx. £1,400/month including utilities and Council Tax.
• The Room: A spacious room with a large window and a built-in wardrobe (lots of storage!).
• The Flat: Large open-plan living area and kitchen. The building features a concierge/secure entry, lift access, and a free residents' gym.
• Location: Super convenient! There’s a supermarket right downstairs and excellent transport links.

About Me
I’m a female Technical Artist working at Rockstar Games. I work in the office 5 days a week, so the flat is very quiet during the day.
• Lifestyle: I’m an INFP. I enjoy gaming in the evenings and tend to be a night owl (staying up until 1-2 AM).
• Cleanliness: I’m mindful of keeping communal areas (kitchen/living room) tidy. I’d love to hire a professional cleaner once or twice a month to keep things fresh if you're open to it!
• Social: I’m very easy-going. I don't believe we have to be best friends (though it's a bonus!), and I value personal space. I’m happy for you to have guests over as long as we give each other a heads-up!
