Large double bedroom in a shared house in Brentford, West London. Currently 3 girls living in the house, plus a cat called Charlie!

This is an old place in a beautiful 18-century Georgian square with its own quirks, but we make it work! It is a large house with a shared living room, large kitchen-diner, and a small private garden. We have a main shared bathroom plus a spare toilet in a side building.

This is a top floor bedroom with dual aspect (windows on both sides - see photo). The room is furnished with a double bed and mattress, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a dressing stable and mirror, a bedside table, a chest of drawers and a bookshelf (see photos). We will install a new carpet in the bedroom in time for the tenancy to begin.

The tenancy will begin on 1 July, but we may be able to arrange for the new tenant to move in the weekend of 27/28 June. The monthly rent covers all bills except energy; this means for £900pcm you get the room, council tax (Band F), broadband and water. Energy (electricity + gas) is charged separately.

- Train: 5-10mins from Brentford train station (goes to Clapham Junction, Vauxhall, Waterloo)
- Underground: 10mins from Boston Manor/Northfields (Piccadilly Line); 15 mins from Gunnersbury (District Line)
- Overground: 15 minutes from Gunnersbury (Richmond-Stratford Line)
