I'm moving out of what has genuinely been a brilliant flat and want to make sure the right person takes my room.

Deen (30) and Tom (23) are two of the easiest people to live with

Deen works for Hammersmith Council and Tom's with British Airways, both hybrid so there's always a decent vibe in the flat. Both sociable - Deen loves finding good spots to eat and drink 🍻, Tom loves to play Tennis and golf 🎾⛳. Both up for a good night out but equally fine if you want to do your own thing. Good balance.

🏢 The building is genuinely one of the best parts. Underground parking, a gym, yoga studio, coffee shop in the lobby, concierge, rooftop BBQ and multiple co-working spaces - both in the lobby and on the top floor. The rooftop views are something else, looking out over London with the Gtech Community Stadium right there 🏟️. On match days it's a pretty special spot to be. The flat is fully furnished so no need to worry about buying anything. Each room has a queen bed, fitted wardrobe and its own en-suite bathroom 🛁.

📍 Location - less than a 3-minute walk to Kew Bridge station, Gunnersbury tube around 15 minutes on foot or 6 minutes on the bus directly outside. Gunnersbury Park, the river, Kew Gardens and loads of great local spots all nearby.

📋 Practical bits - bills not included. Rolling contract with a straightforward change of sharer process through the management company (£50 admin fee). Standard referencing required.
