Short term let of en-suite double room

I have a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom available.

It's a modern, well maintained, 3-bedroom, 2nd floor flat with lift, concierge, free gym, split-level shared lounge, WiFi and shared kitchen with the usual amenities.

It's a 12 minute walk to Brentford mainline station, 6 bus routes stop 3 minutes from the flat, 10 minutes bus ride to Piccadilly and District Tubes.

The flat is on the market, so there will be the occasional viewing with a day's warning minimum. This also means I can't say exactly for how long the room will be available, but I can guarantee a one month notice period from my side. There is no notice period from the tenants side. You may leave when you want and only pay up to that day.

Cost is 700.- per month all inclusive.
