Big spacious house with 4 bedrooms.

For Rent is 2 large bedrooms possibly 3 if required.
I rent one of the rooms but I won't be here 99% of the time so you will basically have the whole house to yourself.

Im looking at renting the property to either a family or someone who needs space and wants an entire house to themselves as I will only be back once a month if that.

Conservatory, has weights and a bench if you are into your home fitness, and a lovely secluded back garden (which needs maintaining) perfect for summer BBQ's.

7-minute walk to Boston manor (zone 4) and Northfields tube (Zone 3) - (Piccadilly line) which runs 24 hours on Friday / Saturday and is about 25 mins into the centre of London.

Great bus links 10-second walk from the house - directly to Hammersmith, Hounslow, Kew, Chiswick, Ealing, Richmond, Twickenham, etc. E8, E2, 65, 195

10-minute walk to Brentford overground train Station, which takes you directly to Waterloo, Vauxhall and Clapham Junction Stations.

GSK and Sky are both walking distance away.

15-minute drive to the M4, 20-minute drive to the A303

Parking is available on the street via a parking permit.

Sainsbury's, Morrisons, Tescos, MacDonalds, Gym, High street food market, etc all with a 5-minute drive from the house.

The house will be empty majority of the time as we won't be living in the house but I may be back once a month for work so you will be renting the house out on its own.

Majority of the bills are included but there is a usage cap on gas and electric and anything over you will need to pay.

WiFi is included but you may want to get sky or virgin if ultra fast Internet is important to you.
