I have a double room to rent in my large 3 bedroom house near Bromley and Grove Park

The house has a bus stop 10 seconds walk away with quick access to bromley south in around 10 minutes

Grove Park is about 20 mins away by walking and bus or prob 25 mins walk

The house has the following communal facilities

*Lounge with tv and sound system

*Washing machine with built in dryer
*Filtered/softened water
*Full central heating
*Large loft for storage
*Garden shed
*Drive way and off street parking

The room has:
*Large 60” tv with full access to Apple TV, DVDs, etc
*Sound system
*King size bed
*Large Built in wardrobe with mirrored doors
*Bookcase
*Lots of sunlight!

We are looking for someone who is fun and happy.

The rent I am asking for is very reasonable in my view given all the facilities on offer especially the cinema room!
