I'm a live in landlord, 50 yrs old, quiet and conscientious so will appreciate the same from any housemate.

A galley kitchen and modern bathroom, décor is a little old fashioned elsewhere and what estate agents generally call 'in need of modernisation' but there are no major issues.

Note: There is no washing machine (recently broken) but there's a machine literally 2 mins walk away.

There is a front garden setting the house back from the road and back garden which is great in the summer.

The rent includes all bills and broadband, council tax etc. There is however no TV licence.
