I have a bright single bedroom in a 3-bedrooms maisonette.

* Where you’re going to live

The room is fully furnished with a double-size bed, mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror, darkening curtains and a shared bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, 2 seats table, washer machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, etc.

There’s a separate bright living room with a 4 seats dining table, 42” smart TV and a comfortable sofa.

On street parking is available after requesting the permit to the council.

* Where you’re going to be located

The house is located in Bromley North, 2 minutes walking distance to the nearest bus stop, 9 minutes walking distance to Bromley North Station, 12 minutes walking distance to Bromley High Street (with plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants), 19 minutes walking to Bromley South Station.

* Who you’re going to live with

Both L. (a lady) and P. (a guy) are friendly, tidy and social people. You will be sharing the bathroom with L., while P. has his own en-sute upstairs.

All bills (electricity, gas, water, high speed Sky broadband, council tax) are included.
