I currently have a lovely furnished double loft bedroom available for a lodger in our large family home.
The room comes with an en-suite including a power shower. It is bright and airy, overlooking our back garden and some playing fields behind our house.

We are located within walking distance of two train stations, Ravensbourne (8 mins walk) and Shortlands train stations (15 minutes walk), as well as Bromley town centre (20 minutes walk).
We have a driveway and ample on-street parking, cable TV and high speed broadband.
We also have a washer/dryer, dishwasher and cleaner who comes weekly.

I am a city professional (currently working four days from home and one from the office) and have twin boys who are nearly 10.
I am friendly, forthright (in an Australian way!), love people and am happy to socialise, but am also pretty busy!
I would love the room to go to someone who adores and is comfortable and safe around children, so if your job requires DBS checks or you are studying in the healthcare or childcare fields, that would be ideal for us but not essential.
If you like gardening that is also a bonus.
Council tax band F but bills are included.
