We are on a private road in Hayes/ Keston (near Bromley) South London/ Kent walking distance of the village, shops and train station. Bus stop outside.

This stylish room with en suite has 3 sash windows so lots of natural light, has been newly decorated, with a brand new carpet and shower just installed shower!

Kind, friendly, respectful lodger who appreciates the finer things, and a stylish, clean and cosy environment would fit in perfectly. Ideally female.

Lovely home and setting, very convenient for transport, next to lots of amenities, quaint village with selection of shops and restaurants, and local picturesque woodland walks .

Walking distance of Hayes train station, bus stop 30 seconds from house (Bromley 10 minutes- Hayes 2 minutes). Note it is Hayes/ Bromley/ Keston not Hayes/Middlesex! Hayes train station (direct train to London Bridge/Cannon St/ Charing Cross) is walking distance and trains from Bromley South take 12 mins to Victoria.

This modern Georgian house is spacious and the available double en suite room is stylish with pleasant views from each of the sash windows , Iwith a fitted wardrobe, and plenty of storage in the furniture as well as under bed. It has its own bathroom/shower room, small fridge if required and there is a boot room downstairs for coats and shoes.

We are a busy friendly family. Son and daughter have moved to Central, and both come and go and stay occasionally.

As experienced hosts to footballers, and private language students pre- COVID, we are used to company, are generally busy and out and about, and enjoy calm home time too.
