Move into a beautifully decorated ground floor flat built in 2017 in the upscale Bromley North area. The main bedroom (14'4" x 9'3") is available plus a private ensuite bathroom. The main bedroom can be offered furnished or unfurnished depending on your preferences, and features a lock on the bedroom door for your peace of mind. You will have full access to the open-plan shared living spaces, garden terrace, and there is also a washing machine and dishwasher for your convenience. The living areas are air conditioned for your comfort.

About You:
I am seeking a clean, tidy, and respectful female tenant (sorry, no males or couples) to share the property with the existing female tenant. Ideally you are a working professional who socialises outside of the home and does not have overnight guests.

About Us:
I am a live-out landlord currently living in Scottsdale, Arizona, USA. You will be joining a female tenant who occupies the second bedroom. She is a working professional in the hospitality industry and is very clean, tidy and respectful.

Short Term Let:
For leases shorter than 1 year, the monthly rent will be £1,200 per month.

Tours:
