You’ll have the whole flat to yourself and access to 2 bright and spacious double bedrooms, living room, kitchen and refurbished bathroom with bath/shower.
Please note photos are old and the flat is currently unfurnished.
The flat is about a 13 minute walk from Beckenham Hill station with trains that get you into central London in about 20 minutes. The flat is above a few handy shops like a Tesco Express and Savers. The Glades shopping centre and Beckenham high street are a short bus ride away. Beckenham Place Park is one of my favourite parks. They do lots of events there.
Deposit is £900.
I had some pretty dodgy landlords when I was renting and know what’s it like so I try to be decent, kind and as responsive as I can etc.
