Large double bedroom available on quiet tree lined road (between Catford and Bromley.)

My boyfriend and I are the owners of this large 4 bed house. We are friendly, clean and outgoing.
You would be sharing with us and another young professional who enjoys having a drink together but also like our own space reading or watching netflix in our rooms.

Ideally we're looking for a professional who goes to work during the day.

The room has 1 double bed, 1 wardrobe, 2 chest of drawers, 1 bedside cabinet and a mirror.

My boyfriend and I have our bedroom and bathroom in the loft so you would be sharing a bathroom with one person.

2-3 min walk to bus stops, shops and nice local restaurants. (Great fish and chip shop, Turkish and Indian restaurant)

3 minutes walk to the bus stop which goes to Bromley South station, Biggin Hill, Orpington, Catford, Lewisham for the DLR and London. Plus efficient night bus.

15-20 minutes walk to Beckenham Hill station which takes you direct to Peckham, Elephant & Castle, Blackfriars, Charing Cross and Kings Cross.

20 minutes walk (short bike ride) to Shortlands station which takes you directly to London Victoria in 25 minutes.

Bromley town centre (and Catford) offers many restaurants, bars, theatres, cinemas, and shops.
