I am looking for a cat friendly housemate to occupy the garden facing, large double room in my house. Ideally situated 5 minutes by bus from Grove Park station and 10 minutes from Bromley South, giving excellent links into central London (London Bridge is 30 minutes door to door). It’s a very peaceful neighbourhood with friendly neighbours. You will be sharing the house with two people: me, a corporate professional and usually busy either working from home or traveling for work and a cat, 4 years old and considered to be the actual owner of the house. 😁
All common areas including garden are shared. Bathroom is shared and features a separate bathtub and shower.
Looking for someone clean, friendly, respectful and sociable, someone who appreciates sharing a neatly kept space.
Bills are NOT included.
