Chislehurst train station is 3-4 minutes walk away, straight to London Bridge, Waterloo East, Charing Cross & Cannon Street. There are also bus services (162 and 269) to Bexleyheath, Sidcup and Bromley (which is a major shopping/entertainment hub for South East London). There are local shops, pubs and restaurants within walking distance.

I am preferably looking for a mature male who is a 'Non-smoker', who has some sort of understanding of what a dishwasher is used for, and what a toilet brush is used for.

I work all the time and I pride myself on keeping a clean & tidy home, as this is my home, it's not a bedsit or a hotel, or a all-night disco, I don't drink, smoke, or take any recreational drugs.
