A smart, furnished single room is available immediately in a modern detached 2-bedroom house, located on a quiet private road / cul-de-sac in a peaceful residential setting near Grove Park, Lewisham and Beckenham Hill transport links.
I’m a mature live-in male landlord looking for a mature, respectful lodger for full-time occupation (7 days per week). Applications are welcomed from both working people and those receiving DWP / housing support, provided referencing and affordability requirements can be met.
The ideal lodger will be clean, tidy, considerate, reasonably quiet, and happy to contribute to regular household cleaning and upkeep.
The house is in a lovely quiet location overlooking a Woodland Walk, with friendly neighbours and birdsong in the mornings.
Off-street parking is available, and there is also a garden (currently a work in progress).
You would be sharing the house only with me and the cat. You are welcome to use the whole home including:

The room itself is modern, smart and furnished, with a built-in wardrobe to maximise space.
