Freshly decorated double room with garden view for rent in a family home . We are looking for a professional to lodge in a lovely double room at the top of the Victorian house full of period features
I am tidy, easy-going and friendly professionals working for NHS ,and commute into London once or twice a week. My husband is a project manager and works in London too . We are sociable but also enjoy quiet time. I have a cat who is friendly and full of character.

The house is very close to Bromley town centre with its multiple shops, restaurants and other amenities. It is a large property and there is separate space, if needed, for studying. There is also access to a treadmill if required . It is an easy commute into London or out into Kent and is served by multiple train stations (x4) that are all within walking distance (no further than a mile).

We have a lovely garden with ample seating, a dining area and lawn which is a lovely sun-trap.

Residents parking is permitted provided car is registered to the address. Otherwise there are visitors vouchers available from the Council.
