Set across from a large tree lined green space. Short walking distance to Beckenham Palace Park.
The house is clean and stylish, warm and bright; near to shops and amenities. Serviced by a number of buses, close to Bellingham Bus Station, Beckenham Hill and Bellingham stations.
There is a garden and communal livingroom/dinningroom; large main bathroom and laundry facilities. Shared kitchen and bathroom.

Largest room is spacious, with bright bay windows and blackout curtains. Central heated with a view of the green space.

Second room is a cozy small double with green space view from the window. Central heated.

Off street parking.
Smoking allowed in the garden only.

I would prefer female lodgers, as a female landlord who works from home. I am a 50+ African professional plant lover.

All bills, as well as council tax, are included in the rent.

Not ideal for working from home or hybrid workers.
