You will be sharing with a young at heart widowed mother of two grown up children, and a very naughty cat – only cat lovers should apply!
As I have an en suite, you will have exclusive use of the family bathroom unless I have guests staying. You will be sharing the rest of the house, which includes two sitting rooms, so we don’t have to watch the same tv station!
The house has a lovely garden with a large patio and barbecue, and at the front, there is off street parking for up to five cars.
The house is a five-minute walk from Bromley South Railway Station as well as numerous bus stops and Bromley High Street. Waitrose supermarket together with a Tesco Express are also only five minutes’ walk away. There is a 7 screen cinema around the corner, a gym just up the road, as well as a doctors’ surgery and dentist. `
I like to think I am pretty easy going, sociable and friendly, although I do like my home to be tidy, and I would expect my lodger to treat my home – and me! – with respect.
I have calculated the rent as £875 plus £90 towards Council Tax (Band G). All other bills are included in the rental payment.
