An older person with reduced mobility is seeking a Sharer for their home to give them a mix of 15 hours’ help and company each week in exchange for the low-cost accommodation.

This person would value the friendly reassurance and company of having someone around their home in the evenings and overnight. They would also like some general practical help around the home such as shopping, cooking a few meals each week, light cleaning and tidying, laundry, carrying heavier items, and ad hoc practical help and errands as may be needed.

The accommodation on offer is a small double room, with shared use of bathroom which has a shower. There will be use of a sitting room, there is a garden.

The property is in a good location 15mins walk from Bickley Station and a 15 min bus ride to the Princess Royal university hospital with buses close by to the home.

The person enjoys watching dramas on TV, classical music, reading novels and the newspaper, mediterranean food as this person is Spanish.

As a Sharer you are free to work or study as long as you have enough spare time to give the agreed level of company and support. The ideal Sharer will be a positive, friendly, kind, helpful and reliable non-smoker who ideally shares some of the person’s interests.
