Spare Room Available in Friendly Household

We are a married couple with a spacious room available in our home, perfect for someone looking for a comfortable and quiet place to stay. The room is on the top floor, well-maintained, and offers plenty of storage space. While the room is not enquire, there is a bathroom close by that you would have near-exclusive use of.

Our home features excellent cooking facilities so you'll have everything you need to prepare your meals. As we regularly look after dogs, it's important that our lodger is comfortable being around them. The dogs are small/medium sized and are very friendly!

Please note that while you'll have your own space to relax in, we prefer not to share the living room. This would make our home ideal for someone who values their privacy and enjoye a peaceful environment.

If you're looking for a welcoming home with the added bonus of some canine company from time to time, we'd love to hear from you. Rent includes all bills, including wi-fi.
