Hello! My housemate is moving out at the end of October and I'm looking for someone to take his room. The property is a 2-bed maisonette 2 minutes from Bromley North Station, all the rooms are really large including the kitchen and shared living room. The bathroom has a bath, shower and the toilet is in a separate smaller room.

I am the only other tenant and I'm a professional who works from home occasionally. I've been living here for 3 years. I'm generally quiet but my hobbies include music and dancing.
