Double room in spacious 2 bed maisonette

Hello! I'm moving out of my room in a really spacious flat in mid June. The property is a 2-bed maisonette 2 minutes from Bromley North Station, all the rooms are really large including the kitchen and shared living room. The bathroom has a bath, shower and the toilet is in a separate smaller room. As well as the bedroom, there's another small room that I currently use as an office.

The flat is unfurnished but I may be able to leave some furniture if necessary.

Bills are currently around £180. The council tax band is D.

There is one other housemate who lives in the second bedroom.
