I am so proud to rent 4 lovely double bedrooms within my lovely house in Bromley North. £800 per month for each room.
Shared use of the kitchen, living room, dining room, garden (with shed and green house) and bathroom. In this ad, I have added a picture of an upstairs double bedroom...there is another double bedroom on the first floor, one on the ground floor and one in the basement. I am open to any gender.
Bus stops just moments away that serve regular and frequent busses to both Bromley South and Grove Park stations, for super easy commute into Central London and Kent.
Bromley South is a mere 15 min walk, if you prefer to walk.
Shopping centre and all supermarkets are so close.
68 College rd is an absolute dream location for shopping, socialising and commuting, without having to use a car or busses.
The house provides 4 good size double bedrooms (one being a very cool basement room) You could use the downstairs basement lounge area for work space/office or a living room for all tenants. Lovely and cosy!
The kitchen has a new and bespoke sunny soft yellow (farrow and ball) kitchen with open shelving and stunning parquet floor.
The kitchen opens out to a well kept garden with large shed and green house for the green fingered type. Bike cover and gorgeous cafe style corner seating/eating area. Recycling bins are also provided.
Stylish white and black bathroom with bath/shower, basin and toilet. Open and bright with large window for natural light.
Two reception rooms, I suggest one for dining, one for cosy moments.
Boiler is regularly serviced and in perfect working order.
And last but not least….. space for one or possibly two cars, as long as they aren’t massive cars! We currently have a Suzuki swift and a ford puma. Anything larger would be too much to have 2 cars.
Lots of clever storage.
The rooms come unfurnished but am happy to provide a double bed/mattress and chest of drawers.
Bills would be split 4 ways with the other 3 tenants. Currently the bills come to roughly £300 so between 4, super cheap!!!
