The Room & House:
Large double room on the 1st floor of a quiet, clean 5-bedroom family home.
Furnished with a king-size bed, mattress, inbuilt wardrobe, and a desk.
Conveniently situated directly next to the full private bathroom for the tenant.
Shared access to a bright, sunny ground-floor kitchen/diner (equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer) leading to a patio garden.
Parking space available and bicycles are welcome.
Location & Commute:
Bromley South Station: 14-minute walk (20 mins to Victoria; 25 mins to Denmark Hill).
PRU Hospital: 20-minute bus ride.
Bromley Town Centre: Short 10-minute walk to vibrant shops and entertainment.
The Ideal Lodger:
Female preferred.
Employed professional (Monday to Friday only) or university student (full week considered).
Highly organized, clean, and tidy at all times.
No guests or friends brought home.
Strictly no smokers.
Single occupancy only.
Requirements & Terms
All bills and high-speed internet are included.
1 month's rent upfront and 1 month's deposit required.
Proof of Identification (Passport) alongside Proof of Employment or a University Letter required.
