A nice modern build with a spacious open living room/kitchen and convenient location mere minutes from Bromley South Station! Full modern conveniences— Dishwasher, combination washer/dryer, electric hobs, and great water pressure.

The apartment itself has good soundproofing, heated floors in bathrooms, and we keep it fairly tidy. It’s on the 6th floor so during the summer we get a nice breeze through the balcony door and in the spring and wintertimes we get sunrises right out of the window. There isn’t currently a lot of furniture on the balcony but there’s space for plant terraces and some seating!

The room is 11’11” x 8’11” with 3 floor-to-ceiling windows, offering a nice view of the train station and a lot of natural lighting. It’s carpeted, but it’s been regularly, thoroughly cleaned throughout the tenancy and is the only room in the apartment totally free of cat hair.

Talking of the cat, the apartment comes with one! Her name is Jolene, she’s a delightful little moggy who will respect your space just so long you respect hers. I’d be happy to live with another cat if you’ve got one, Jolene might take some time to get used to it but we can make it work… She’s not aggressive or anything thankfully.

As for who you’ll be living with, my name is Spencer, I’m a video editor, and my main hobby is making music. I usually work in the city so I’m out through most of the day in most cases. I never play music late at night out of respect for neighbours, and while my desk is set up in the living room I can just remote into it from my bedroom if you need the space. I mostly hang out with queer/neurodiverse folk so if you have a problem with that then this isn’t the place for you!

Our council tax is Band E.
