Helloooo … room to rent Sundridge Park BR1

Hey, my housemates just moved out after buying her first flat, so Ralph and I are looking for someone new. Ralph is my cat who is incredibly friendly and a heart melter. It’s a 4 bed house in North Bromley, looking for someone tidy and chilled to join us. Someone who likes to have their home as their sanctuary to relax. You would have a floor to yourself and your own bathroom. V big bedroom with King Size Bed. We have a cleaner that comes bi weekly. A lovely big garden that gets morning and evening sun. I am just sprucing the garden atm hence no pics. I live a busy life, but normally work from home 3 days a week.
