Hello! I have a double room to let in a quiet house shared with myself and a small dog in shortlands. The room is bright and peaceful overlooking the garden.

Very close to Ravensbourne station and within easy access to Shortlands, Bromley south, new Beckenham and Beckenham stations.

Well equipped kitchen, bathroom with separate wet room, downstairs toilet, garden, parking and close to Beckenham Place Park. .

Im looking for a considerate, independent housemate to share my home. It would suit someone who is working or studying full time and is comfortable doing their own thing and values a peaceful, respectful living environment. Somebody who is used to sharing and understands personal space.

I am fairly quiet and enjoy a relaxed home environment. This isn't a party house but it is friendly, comfortable and easy going, i am happy to chat when we cross paths but we would mostly live alongside each other rather together.

Im looking for someone mature, reliable and emotionally self sufficient who wants a stable calm home to live in.
