You will be sharing the flat with myself and my 6-year old son. There is a shared bathroom and toilet as well as kitchen and living/dining room. There is a small balcony where you can relax in. Beckenham Place park is a 5 minute walk away from the flat. And the nearest train station is Beckenham Hill station which is about a 10-15 minutes walk from the flat. There are buses near the flat too, along with establishments such as café's, chemist, barber shop/salon, Tesco, Iceland, save more, dental clinic, gas stations. A big Sainsbury's and Lidl is a short bus ride away. There is a parking area within the estate as well.
