Double room near Bromley south in 2 bed

Hi there,

I own and live in this 2 bed flat. Used to use it as a spare room for woodworking/guitar making but decided to rent it out while I’m taking a break from that.

The flat is in good condition, I bought it a year ago and have been doing it up bit by bit to how I would like it. It’s a top floor Victorian conversion building so 2 flights of stairs. It’s not brand spanking new but it’s got a bit of character to it, in my opinion, and fairly cosy but spacious. The room fits the double ottoman bed comfortably and has a good amount of storage space for clothes etc. and there is also an attic which you can use if needing more space to store stuff. There is also a garden that I share with someone else but in the process of doing that up.

As your potential roommate, I’m a 35 yo guy and pretty relaxed. I’m from Bromley originally so spend a fair amount of time out of the flat socialising and doing stuff, but I do work from home the majority of the time so home during the day a lot midweek. I like doing stuff, going the pub, having a chat or watching TV, I play guitar, like going for runs and claim to speak Spanish. Would be looking for someone who’s likeminded and happy to socialise every now and then but happy to do our own thing too.

Bills included in the price. Was originally thinking to rent it out for a few months but flexible on that and the right person could stay longer etc.
