We're a kind family of five seeking a new flatmate to rent our entire private loft in a modern detached house. This is not your typical room rental—it’s an entire floor designed for quiet comfort and privacy.

The bright and spacious loft room is your personal retreat, complete with a sofa, TV, and an ensuite shower room. It’s located on the top floor, providing a quiet, secluded space away from the rest of the house. You'll also have a private balcony with beautiful views overlooking the gardens, perfect for relaxing after a long day.

Our home is designed for enjoyment and relaxation. You’ll have access to our huge gardens with a private jacuzzi, sauna hut, and a gym. There's also a patio with a BBQ and fire pit, great for warm evenings.

We are a very easygoing family with three teenagers. Our two friendly dogs, Milo (a pug) and Millie (a cavapoo), are not allowed upstairs, so your private space will remain a dog-free zone.

The location is ideal for commuters and shoppers alike. We’re just a 7-minute walk from both Bromley South and Shortlands stations, with frequent trains that get you to London Victoria in just 18 minutes. For everything else, the Glades shopping centre is a short 10-minute walk, and a park with tennis courts is only 3 minutes away.

We are looking for a non-smoker who is clean, tidy, and a good fit for our family. If you happen to enjoy gardening, that’s a bonus! We're excited to find someone who will not only share our home but also enjoy all it has to offer.
