The room is in a clean tidy house and an easy walk to Bromley South and Bickley train stations. Also a very easy walk to The Glades and Bromley Town Center. The room has a single fitted wardrobe and is furnished with a single IKEA bed and 3 pull out drawers, chair, dressing table/desk, stool, and bedside cabinet. The room is freshly decorated with Karndean flooring.
You would have use of the patio, living room, bathroom and kitchen, which has all regular appliances: dishwasher, washing machine, condenser dryer etc.
You must like animals. I have a large labrador and an indoor cat.
Bills are included: water, gas, electricity, broadband, council tax
I'd require 1 months rent in advance and 1 months rent deposit.
No couples. No smokers.
Work from home 1/2 days a week considered, but not fully remote
Sight of your passport will be needed as proof of your right to rent, plus I'd want 2 references and proof of employment.
