The room is very bright with lots of natural daylight. It also has a dimmer switch, so you can adjust the lighting however you like. The room comes with a double bed, built-in closets, chest of drawers, desk & chair and a nightstand.

We have a fully equipped shared kitchen and shared bathroom.

Gas, electricity, water, council tax and broadband are all included in the rent.

We have 3 cats and a dog, so we're looking for someone who genuinely likes animals and is used to living with pets. They'll definitely be part of your everyday life here! :)

It's quite an international household, with flatmates from the UK, Turkey and South Africa. We like to keep the house friendly, relaxed and peaceful, while also respecting everyone's own space.

📍 LOCATION & TRANSPORT

🚆 Just a 5-minute walk from Shortlands train station, with great connections into Central London, including direct trains to London Victoria and Blackfriars.

⏱️ Central London in around 30 minutes.

🌳 The beautiful Beckenham Place Park is also just a 15–20 minute walk away, perfect for walks, running, picnics or just getting some fresh air.

🛍️ Bromley High Street and The Glades shopping centre, as well as Beckenham High Street, are also close by, giving you easy access to lots of shops, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and pubs.

We're looking for a friendly, respectful, clean and tidy flatmate who would enjoy being part of a peaceful and easy-going household.

🏢 As this is a shared home, the room would be best suited to someone who normally works outside the home rather than working from home full-time.
