Two Light & Airy Rooms in Shortlands ✨

Hello! We are a friendly couple renting out rooms in our 5 bedroom house. It's just us right now, plus our whippet and two ragdoll cats. We both work full time so aren't around too much, but if we work from home we both have separate offices within the house as well. There is a spare room for our family or friends when they occasionally come to stay, and another spare room which the cats have decided is theirs!

Our friendly whippet girl lives downstairs only and there are two TV/sofa areas you're welcome to use. Our kitchen is fully equipped so ideally we wouldn't have people move in with kitchen items as there isn't the storage for that - you are welcome to use what we have. There is of course fridge and freezer space but if you'd like more you're welcome to have an extra fridge/freezer in your room. Both rooms feature ample cupboard space and a desk / dressing table if needed. The bathroom is shared between the two rooms and our bedroom is on the upper floor. Both rooms have direct imports from the roof aerial and direct cable internet to support gaming or streaming and you can mount the TV on the wall if you wish. We have a desk to add into room 1 if needed.

Please note: we cannot have people move in with large furniture unless it fits in the room, and cannot provide storage apart from suitcase which can go in the loft. We're looking for responsible professionals who we can trust around our pets and home which we love dearly, and who we can socialise occasionally with! We also need people who are on the clean and tidy side to match with our living preferences. We welcome you to have visitors as long as there is respect and care for the property.
