Two Double Rooms in Shortlands ✨

Hello! We’re a friendly couple renting out rooms in our home which is a warm, relaxed environment with our whippet and two ragdoll cats. The house is spacious and there are two TV / sofa areas available to use. The kitchen is fully equipped and the middle floor has a family bathroom, while our bedroom is on the upper floor with its own bathroom.

We’re looking for responsible professionals who are clean, tidy, and respectful of our home and pets. We’d love to live with someone we can occasionally socialise with, and visitors are absolutely welcome as long as the property is treated with care. For the moment note we are only looking for female housemates due to an unfortunate situation with a previous male housemate.

Please note that we can’t accommodate furniture unless it fits within the room, and storage is limited to suitcases, which can be stored in the loft.

ROOM 1 - available from 21 May, has some room for small extra furniture if needed, but currently has large wardrobes, chest of drawers, an extremely comfortable bed and small side table. This room has a maximum term of 9 months.

ROOM 2 - available from 1 July on a longer term basis (6 months+).. No extra furniture will fit, but this one is kitted out with a chest of drawers, desk and two wardrobes.
