🏡 Sunny en-suite bedroom with workspace in the common area - 1min from Bromley South station (16mins from Victoria).

Hello,

Our lovely housemate is leaving her room and we are looking for a flatmate to come in by the end of February (room available from 20th).

I (Cesar) have been living here with friends since 2018 and it was always a perfect well located home for all of us. I work in a local hospital and I have long shifts but when I am off I like to be out making plans with friends and enjoying the city. Also I love to travel and I usually go out of the country to explore the world or to visit my hometown (Spain).

Naomi moved in 2 years ago. She is a proffesional who loves music, food, travel, films, fitness and shopping.

Together we have created a little family, the house became a space of co-creativity (decorating, painting or doing whatever we feel … ), warmth and kindness. We are looking for somebody to keep this going.

However, in a typical spare room fashion, we will highlight that while enjoying this togetherness, we thoroughly respect each other's space, needed time alone and off days.

The house is in Bromley High Street next (literally 1mn) to the Train Station (16min to London Victoria). It has lots of stores nearby including a Shopping Centre, library, parks, Cinemas, GYMs etc. The house has three floors with the following division:

Level 0:
.Fully Equiped Kitchen
.Living room with TV, sofa bed, dinner table, large windows with beautiful natural light.
.Cloakroom (space for storage, suitcases …)
.Guest bathroom

Level 1: ALL YOURS
. Very large room with a huge window and high ceilings.
Big bathroom with a bathtub just outside of the room.
.Utility room with washing & drying machine : common space

Level 2:
.Bedroom (Naomi’s)
.Bedroom (Cesar’s)
.Bathroom (with shower)

The house has a lot of light with large double windows. It is in a very good condition and the landlord is very kind and approachable.


The access to the property is gated. With possibility of parking with a permit from the Countil. Our neighbours are lovely and it is quiet here.


We would like to keep looking after the house and maintain the lovely energy that it had since I first moved here in 2018 . We are open minded, tolerant and we like Freedom and Diversity. LGBTQ+ friendly.

Note: Rent is 700£** , with own bathroom . Usually bills + 120£ per month.
