Hi! I have a cosy, furnished small double room available in my flat in Shortlands. The room comes with a large built-in wardrobe and is perfect for someone looking for a comfortable and relaxed place to settle into. The chest of drawers can be removed if you’d prefer to bring your desk.

A little about me – I work in advertising and enjoy travelling, hiking, and cooking. I’m fairly sociable but also appreciate downtime and a calm home environment.

I’m looking for someone clean, respectful and considerate when sharing a space. Ideally, you’ll be in full-time employment (probation passed) and working from home no more than 2–3 days a week. You’ll also need to be comfortable living with a cat 🐈

- The flat is on a quiet road in Shortlands, just a 7-minute walk to the train station with direct trains into Victoria, Farringdon & Blackfriars
- 5-minute walk to buses that will take you into Bromley, Beckenham, Penge & Croydon
- 20-minute walk to Bromley Glades or 5-mins by bus!
- Around 15–20 minutes walk to Beckenham Park
- There’s also a shared garden which is lovely in the summer, plus plenty of green space nearby!
