I am a live-in landlord who works as a teacher nearby Mon-Fri and do not work from home. I am in my early 30s and am looking for someone who is also a professional who primarily works outside of the flat (some WFH welcome). I am looking for a flatmate who is clean, reliable, and sociable. No smoking, vaping or pets allowed. Broadband included.

I am happy welcome any gender or sexuality as a flatmate. I am happy to socialise in the living room together and share meals, watch TV together, etc. while respecting you will have your own time and space. I enjoy going out in London for theatre, museums, galleries, gigs, dining, etc. I am mainly in the living space on evenings or weekends if I am not out.

The room will be available to move into from Monday 16th March 2026 and is £625pcm, excluding bills. Bills are roughly £200 per month. Please note that a reference check will be required & 1 month's rent as security deposit.
