The area of the flat is Very nice, green, quiet and regularly maintained.
5-7 minute walk from Bromley South Station (18min direct fast trains into London Victoria, 35min train to London Blackfriars) 5 min walk to Waitrose, Tesco and Sansbury, 10 min walk to The Glades Shopping Centre, and a high street full of shops and restaurants.

The warm water/heating installation and plumbing are brand new
There is also a small shred storage space with a hoover.

- 1 time monthly cleaning of the external of the windows

Parking space and garage

A car parking space is also provided for you.
