I have two bedrooms available to rent beginning the 15th of May. One is a double bed with an attached shower, fully furnished. The other is a single bed with attached toilet also fully furnished. The property has two parking spaces available in the driveway, a big garden, a fully furnished kitchen and living room. The closest train station is Grove Park, a 15 min walk, the property has good links to Bromley, Lewisham, Beckenham, Chislehurst. I’m looking for either couples with children or individuals wanting a room each. The house’s current occupants are a professional couple.
