Hi! We’re currently looking for a new housemate looking to move into a double room in a spacious flatshare in the Bromley North area, which is available from mid July!
The room is provided unfurnished and is positioned away from the road, so is super quiet throughout the day and night. Additionally, there is a large shared Kitchen, Living room and Bathroom/Toilet.
Current occupants are a 30 year old male with two cats, and it’s a calm and welcoming household
The flat is very well connected, within a stones throw of Bromley North station, and a few minute walk into the town centre. There is no on road parking outside, however, parking permits are available a 2-3 minute walk from the flat from the council for £75 per year.
Rent is £725 a month (this is a lower rate as the current occupant occupies a small office space in the flat)
Council tax band D - Total bills inc council tax is currently £190 each
