• 4 bedroom house. This is an older home and the lodger's room is being decorated and there is a new ensuite shower fitted in August.
• The room available – a large double room, with new double bed with chair, TV, wardrobe and chest of drawers provided and hand basin.
• New ensuite bathroom with a shower.
• A separate room for desk-based work is available if needed

• Parking (garage and off-street) and bicycle storage
• Garden
• Cleaner for communal rooms, there is also a gardener
• This is not appropriate for anyone with pets

🛌 THE IDEAL COMPANION: The retired lady is looking for a lady lodger over 25 who can help with around 10-15 hours a week of company and sharing some meals together with occasional help with shopping. The landlady enjoys crosswords, scrabble, quiz shows (University Challenge, Only Connect, Mastermind) and TV dramas, reading contemporary fiction, and is fluent in French and German. She also loves visiting churches and country houses. She has lived with lodgers before and it has been a very positive experience.
