Hey! We are Will and Daisy (and myself Florrie- who’s sad to be leaving the dream house to be honest)
About the house and location:
The house is a Grade 1 listed building built in the 1660s situated in a quiet residential spot, with some surrounding garden grounds and trees also making this a perfect respite from the grind! It’s a calm, very clean, and well lit house.
It’s 10 minute walk to Thameslink to Peckham rye, Denmark Hill, Blackfriars, 15 min walk to a direct train to Victoria. A quick walk to big Sainsburys and Bromley basically has every shop you can think of and a mall, super handy!
About us:
We are a house of 3 professionals (30-31) Will, Daisy, and myself Florrie. I will be leaving my very loved room/ house, so we are looking for a lovely, laid back, and clean professional to come enjoy the fruits of Bromley College! As we both work in social care and the public sector, we tend to work 9-5 schedules and can work from home sometimes. Around all of that we all like to watch movies or go out to gigs or do crafts, and cook meals for each other now and then. We keep it nice n cosy rather than a party house. We are people who are involved in music, follow/ participate in grassroots politics and projects, and are obvs a non-tory/red tories and LGBTQ+ friendly household !
Move in date from: September 1st 2026

£666pm, bills £70-120, deposit £769
We are currently looking at having viewings in the evenings from w/c 3rd August!
