Loft room in quiet convenient location

My current housemate of 4 years has moved out to move in with her boyfriend. I am now looking to rent the room again. It is a loft room of a reasonable size with an advantage of being quite private as it is up a level. It has nice views and it doesn't get unduly hot in the summer.
There is a shared bathroom with not that great of a shower but a new one is due to be installed at some point.
There is a secluded sun trap patio garden with bamboo and fig tree.
I am a respectful and a tidy person and would appreciate sharing with someone similar. I enjoy hiking, exploring the city and galleries and going to live music gigs. My professional interest is crypto currencies and block-chain technology.
