Private Room Leading Out Onto The Garden

This is a lovely room which is seperate to the main house, leading onto the garden. The house is situated behind Shortlands Golf course. Laminate flooring, central heating and double glazed. There is ample parking on the street and bromley is 10/15 minutes walk. There are lots of fields/woods and stream only 2 minutes walk from the house.

Ravensbourne station is about a 5 minute walk, shortlands 10 and Bromley 15. A bus at the end of the road will take you to either bromley or shortlands.

We are looking for a quiet, happy, creative professional person, somebody who would appreciate their own private living area, who is independent and is content to do their own thing. A vegetarian/pescatarian person of buddhist persuasion would work well for us.

The room currently has a double bed which current tenant is happy to sell or take with him.
