Lovely garden house 15min from City, with 1 female

I'm looking for a quiet tidy professional or student to share this lovely cosy home with me.

I'm an analytics professional in advertising, female. I am friendly, accommodating and love a good laugh and a glass of wine occasionally. It's not a party house in any way, it's relaxing and homely.

13-20min train ride to London Bridge, ChX, Cannon street, Waterloo, and within 30min to Canary Wharf.
Station is Grove Park and is 3min walk away literally.

There a sunny terrace equipped with daybed. Lounge is large and bright, with new recliner sofas, 2 cute twin fireplaces and a dining area.

I have a car (think shopping and day trips out of London). There is a piano and a guitar in the house, which I play occasionally.

Bills are included apart from gas-electricity, which will be about 40 per month on average.
I'm flexible with moving date for the right person.
